1. A jetlagged influenced night’s sleep of 3 hours followed by a 6am start to walk the streets on the hunt for cycling cultural images. Slapped and swatted, I found myself not welcome where I tried to shoot. Later told I was trying to shoot unlicensed vendors – well done Dan!
2. Opening day of the Tour of Beijing with a circuit race within the city. Good day on the moto, got some great images. Lots and LOTS of military line the roads, how could I pass them up? They’re willing models.
3. Editing, posting, eating, and finally sleeping – repeat for the next four days.
Hey, that official greeted us too on our entry into “China” from Nepal on the “Friendship Bridge”. Same guy I’m sure!!!
Dan, your photos are amazing. You are such an artist. Have a great time. And, thank you for sharing. Love it!
Just got back from Beijing having spent the tour working with you Dan. Looked at your blog and photos. First rate ! Superb !
